Help Sha keep health insurance

I am about to lose my health insurance, in 4 days, May 25th and because of the state that I live in, that didnt take federal money to expand Medicaid and Medicare. I do not qualify. Nor do I qualify for a credit to make the ACA cheaper. I need this isurance ( tricare) to continue to treat my cancer that I reveived surgery for through tricare earlier this year. Tricare is $1453 for 3 months with a $100 deductible. Trying to get enrolled on obamacare for that same surgery I would have had to pay $8000 before the cost of the surgery. I am working jobs but do not have enough to pay for health insurance. I would appreciate any help given to me.
