Help Save Trip!!

As many of you know, Micah's beloved Trip was bitten by a rattlesnake on Saturday afternoon. After spending 36 hours in the emergency vet hospital, it was determined that Trip's case is more severe than we had hoped. Trip is currently at an emergency critical care pet hospital in North Austin. He is hooked up to an EKG to regulate his heart rate and will be receiving two more doses of antivenin today. Trip has already received two vials of antivenin and is on multiple pain meds to keep him comfortable.

First and foremost, please pray that God would heal Trip.

Secondly, each dose of antivenin is $650 -- plus, the hospital stay, 24hr care, a catheter for his kidneys and pain medication -- it really adds up! Micah would like to do whatever is needed in order to save Trip's life. We are both aware that dogs come and go - but, Trip is only 6 years old and still has a lot of life in him! If Trip is able to pull through, it will mean a long/expensive road to recovery.
