Help get Max surgery please

Hello my name is Max I need surgery I have these growth on me and needs out so it don't get worse. I'm a happy boy that plays ball with my humans like nothing wrong with me but you can see that's a lie. During Christmas time I had a spot then got bigger in that spot and another one coming up. The doctor said its some kind of cancer cell. She said if it don't get removed it can cause worse damage and I don't wanna die. We just found out my human dad has cancer and his is un curable. Any help any donations would help, help save my life please. I wonna live longer I need my surgery as soon as possible. I love to swim with my human boy.
