Help save Macho man

As many of you know Macho is my life. Hes been with me through EVERYTHING. About a week ago he became really sick, so we took him to the vet. Come to find out something was blocking his stomach. The Vet gave us 3 options. 

1. Emergency surgery 
2. Put him down
3. Take him home and do nothing

Obviously we had his surgery done. It was a corn on the cob that was stuck in his intestines. We brought him home to recover. Two days later these lumps started appearing on his chest (no where near the surgical site). We immedietly took him back to the vet. They told us it may be an allergic reaction but they werent really sure what was going on  and to stop all medication. These lumps just keep getting bigger and bigger. Still no answers we have to take him somewhere else :( ..... Macho is slowly dying. The surgery alone to get the corn out was $1700. Now we need to figure out whats going on with his lumps and no one seems to know what it is. He is in so much pain. He cant sit or lay down. He hasnt barked in a week. Please if you can help us save my best friend.
