Help save Paytin's best friend

As most of you know I have a child with special needs. For the last 5 years she has had Louie as her companion. This little guy has been a God send as he is the only one that can calm her when she is feeling stressed, alerts us when she has a medical issue, and is just there when she needs a hug. Now this little guy needs your help, he got into a fight and has to have surgery to have his eye removed. Louie is not just Paytins service dog but he is a member of our family and her bestfriend. Please help us bring him home.
