Jack needs some help!

On Sunday September 29 Jack experienced trauma to his leg after trying to jump out of the car. After X-rays and doctor visits it was told that Jack had a torn muscle and we needed to let it heal. On Friday, October 4th, Jack's arm started to basically explode. He had an abscess so large extending from his elbow to his armpit that could not fit in his skin any longer and his skin started to tear.
Jack's family brought him to Massachusetts Veterinary Hospital on Monday October 7th, where he spend the night and had wound care down. Jack is down to two options. Jack is either going to have months of wound care costing upward to ten thousand dollars, or Jack is going to need medical care to heal his infection and then have his leg amputated which was also quoted near six to eight thousand dollars. Jack's family has already spent over three thousand dollars between his ER visits before Mass Vet, and his stay and wound clean at Mass Vet.
Jack's parents are hard working and do not want to ask for help but are at their ends where they want to save their loving dog but currently do not have the means to do so. 
Please help Jack, he is only seven and still has so much life to live.
