Help Samantha Almengor In Her Fight Against Cancer

The past couple of months have been a very scary and trying time for the Almengor family. Samantha was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, turning her and her family’s world upside down. 
     Two weeks ago, She underwent major surgery and has more surgeries coming up within the next few months.  There has also been some unexpected complications after surgery that have been very hard on her physically and mentally.                
    Some of you know that her husband Joe has been a full time graduate student for the past 2 and 1/2 years and Samantha has been a stay at home mom. This unexpected health crisis of course has been hard financially in an already stressful time. 

Samantha  has been my best friend for 26 years. I have watched her and Joe grow a beautiful family. It has been extremely difficult watching this family who I love have their wonderful wife and mother go through this. She has taken on this painful  trial with dignity and faith. Many people ask what they can do. We can’t take away what is happening, but if you are able to help alleviate some of their  expenses through donation they would be so eternally grateful and relieved to have this support.
