Ruby dog needs your help!

Some of you know Ruby personally, some of you have heard of her, some of you don't know anything about her. Let me tell you, she's a real pistol of a dog. Fearless, fearful, and incredibly loving if you earn her trust. She's been a great companion to us and at times a huge pain in the ass. But we love her and can't imagine a world without her. She was hit by a car earlier this week.
She survived! She's a tank! But her back leg was badly injured. She earned herself a couple night stay at the vets. We had a consult with the surgeon and to keep the leg it will be $6000 or to amputate it will be $3000-$4000. This is such a hard decision to make and even worse due to having to think of the cost. We do not like to ask for money, but to save this dog we would do anything.
