Help Replace Money for Tuition

My sister had her wallet, along with credit cards, $400, and important documents stolen from her car this morning. The money was for my nieces tuition. My sister is too prideful to ask, (says it’s   her fault bc “She shouldn’t have left it in the car and people work hard for their money for her to ask for help.”) 
So, I figure I would ask since she contributes so much for so many charities herself.  She gives way too much to not get a little help in a situation like this.
