Help Repair our Animal Enclosures

Donation protected
Our ambassador animals are so important to the New Mexico Wildlife Center! They help us educate the community about wildlife and the problems they face in our world today. Most of them came to us after having been injured in the wild and all are unable to be released. They deserve to have the best homes to live in!

Unfortunately, time and weather have been unkind to their quarters and they are in need of repair. Please help us to provide the best homes for our animals this year!

The animals that live in these enclosures include birds like Moreno the Golden Eagle who suffered a disabling eye injury in a collision with a car in 1998, and Dusty the Barn Owl who arrived here with an old fracture in his wing. Rufus and Joanie are Bobcats who were illegally taken from the wild as kittens and raised by humans; unfortunately they cannot go back to the wild now either.

All funds raised will go to updating the enclosures for these terrific animals. Every $465 completely updates one enclosure with new perching, fresh paint, additional windows for sunshine and ventilation, and special accommodations for individual birds. Thank you for caring about wildlife!

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; all donations are tax deductible.
