Help Pops feel better

My dog is very sick right now. I took him to the vet and his temperature is so high they are worried that he could get brain damage. He is currently at 107 and can't even walk. They are possibly going to have to transfer him to an emergency vet. I'm currently waiting to hear back from the vet for answers about what exactly is going on. They gave me an estimate of $900 but it could be more depending on if they have to transfer him. Anything helps and I usually never ask for help but I'm literally living pay check to pay check. I appreciate anything.
