Help pay the costs of lung cancer

Hi, I'm Joel and this is Pam.  She and I have been married for 36 years. Most recently Pam has been diagnosed with stage II adenocarcinoma lung cancer.  She is a non smoker. Her Oncologist told us that Lung Cancer is on the rise for non smokers and they do not know why.  The suggested course of treatment is to remove her lung. The medical expenses for the surgical procedure and hospital stay will reach 10's of thousands of dollars above the $20k we are already owe the hospital.

Pam is a nurse practitioner. She has traveled the world to help those in need at her own expense. She has been a member of medical teams that have visited The Philippines, Ghana, Panama, Haiti, Honduras and floated down the Amazon on a dingy stopping at various villages, serving those in need. She has used her vacation time to go on these trips, and believe me, they aren't vacations. 

She works at a nursing home, looking after the seniors with multiple ailments. But the best medicine they get is their hand being held or a sweet smile and a  hug or a kiss on the cheek from someone who really cares about them. 

We current pay for her mother's home, her property taxes and insurance and are raising our grandchild. The stress of the medical costs are adding to an already stressful situation.

Even before we married, she told me all she wanted to do was to help the underserved.

I have donated money in the past to several go fund me campaigns. I never dreamed we would need this wonderful way to get help.
