Help pay property taxes. Save Home

Michelle is trying to save her home from property tax seizure.
When I was 26 years old I bought 20 acres of land. I used a bow saw and a pickaxe to carve my driveway 1,600 feet to a knoll where I built my house with hand tools. I mixed the concrete, cut the boards, drove the nails all by hand. I was very capable and proud to live independently like Little House on the Prairie.   It was in this home that I raised my 3 children.
Now I am on the verge of losing this house that I built and raised my family in.   By September 26th, I need to pay $3,361.07 on 2014 property back taxes or the town will seize my house and land.  I am 3 years behind owing close to a total of $15,000 with interest in property taxes.  Even though I have paid off the house and land in full and paid money on the taxes, I just haven’t been able to get caught up due to ongoing medical care and the following scenario.
In 2011, I was away from home for surgery to save my leg followed by rehab to learn to walk again. Once released from the rehab place I had to be in the city to receive extensive follow up care.  After 3 months, I made it to my home only to discover that my house had been broken into, robbed and so heavily damaged that it was totally uninhabitable. I had to return the city.
My insurance company’s adjuster brought in contractors to remove damaged materials and to do the restoration. The restoration contractor inflated the claim for him to receive $91,250. He did some work of questionable quality and walked away from the job. The contractor’s work resulted in 23 State Fire Marshall Violations based on April  2013 Inspection Report rendering my home unsafe, unsanitary and uninhabitable.  I have persistently pursued justice, sadly to this point to no avail.  You would think the contractor’s actions are criminal, but they are not.
There have been 5 occasions over these years where family members and friends needed a place to live and I have this house just sitting there empty and damaged, collecting property taxes. I have not been able to live there myself and am forced to pay rent and live elsewhere. I love my house and want to be able to live there.   I’ve been forced to list my place for sale in hopes paying off the property tax debt and walking away with something instead of nothing, which wil be the case if it is seized.  But because of the condition of my house there have been no offers.
Do I have to lose it all?  33 years of my life’s hard work and earning to end up having to pay rent for the rest of my life and nothing to go forward with?   Will you please help me with paying the property taxes?  This will buy me some time to get the money to fix my house or for the right buyer to come along.  I have increase the needed amount to cover the associated GoFundMe  fees. Thank you so much for your consideration!
