Help our kids use Cupples stadium

The South Hills Heat Track Club was created and started competing in 2009. We have competed every year since then in the USA Track & Field Junior Olympic outdoor competitions held locally, regionally and nationally. Our mission statement is: To provide children the opportunity to respectfully meet and compete with other children from around the country in the wonderful sport of track & field. Doing this by working with them and placing them in the best position to experience success.  We also stress academic excellence. Most of our young athletes make honor roll regularly. Since 2009 we have practiced at Mckinley Park, which had no charge, but, that facility is no longer workable for us. We have to find a new practice site. Most of our athletes have always come from the South Side/South Hills areas. Cupples stadium is the only place that can work for us. Hence, the reason for this request...we need $6,000.00 to pay for this for the season. As a non-profit, we don't have any income. Our board members are currently running a candy bar fundraiser. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, we don't have a lot of time. The School District of Pittsburgh requires full payment, in advance of getting the permit. We want to start practicing April 4th. The first meet of the season is May 6th. Please share this with anyone and everyone.
