Help our dog, Cole.

When we were looking for an animal, we wanted to get one from a shelter and not from someone selling animals.  We figured why pay a high price for an animal when there are so many that need a home at the shelter.  We found our match with our first dog Cole.  We got him and he has been such a great dog.  He has never met a stranger whether it be animal or human...he believes everyone is his friend and should play with him.  While playful, Cole has some bad luck.  He has skin allergies and we are constantly getting him medicine and taking him to the vet.  We found out a little while ago that he may have torn a ligament in his right rear leg.  We could not afford the test for it and the vet explained that even if repaired by surgery that it could tear again at anytime.  He has gotten used to limping around on it.  However, just recently he started to favor the other rear leg as well.  After a vet visit we learned that he may have essentially a kneecap that keeps going in and out.  The vet is now recommending that we have him sedated and get x-rays to show the damage to both legs.  Our recent vet bill was $480 and the upcoming exam is over $300.  We have spent a lot more on Cole with his other leg and allergies. My wife and I do not have a lot of money and we have 2 dogs and 3 cats.  Knowing they would need treatment and that things would happen we got a credit card that we only use for them.  However, we are getting close to the maximum limit on the card.  We are asking everyone for their help.  Our goal is 2500 dollars to put towards the credit card so that we can have enough to cover the cost of the xray exam as well as anything that might come up later.  This is not everything we owe on that card, but we feel bad asking for help so we decided that if we could get some of it that would be enough.  We love all our animals and want to make sure they get the best care possible.  Again we are asking for everyone's help...no donation is too small.  The way we see it anything we get would help.  We thank everyone for taking the time to look at and read this post.
