Help our Bear out with his emergency surgery!

Bear is very sick and has a blockage in his intestines. He’s having seizures and going into septic shock. All of it requires immediate, emergency surgery that is going to cost upwards of $10,000. He’s the nicest, most loving dog and any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
