Help nova

Hi everyone.
I'm at a loss my 6 month old dog nova was hit by a car on Thursdays night, the driver never stopped and left my baby in the road to die. Luckily we found her and rushed her to the faribault vet clinic. Where they found out Her right front leg is broken and thought maybe the left front might be dislocated.they refferd me to blue pearl in eden Prairie ,but by the x rays they took they thought both were broken they wanted 9000 up front to preform surgery that was way to steep so I called safe sanctuary where i spoke to connie she told me to check out a doctor in northfield. they looked at her x rays and think the left might just be dislocated also . Everywhere i have brought her they want money upfront and i don't have that kind of money. I have been trying to take care of her at home and keep her comfortable until i can figure out what to do. She's my baby and i can't let her go knowing it can be fixed with just money. I'm running out of options and don't know what to do i hate seeing her hurt even through all this pain she's still so happy to see people she's such a sweethesrt. So please anyone if you could help i would appreciate it so much!
