Please help my dad come home

Hi there beautiful people, 
My Dad is suffering from Motor Neuron disease. He has spent his life helping others with medicine , being a pharmaceutical rep, only to end up with a disease with no cure.  Previously I started this go fund me to tick his bucket list ideas, however
he is deteriorating quickly and is currently in Palliative care as we cannot afford to be able to have full time care at home for him and some  modifications to the house need to be done to be able to have him home.
He is hating it in care, the carer's do not look after him properly and we miss him and want him to come home for the rest of his days.
He has such a beautiful soul and does not deserve to be wasting away in a home. 
Please help us have our Dad back while he's still here.
