help needed for ill parents

Hi everyone my names Rick ive started this page as my parents could really do with some financial help regarding medical expenses and transport.
As of the 17th July my parents have had to uproot from the isle of wight, their home for 10 years due to ill health and a failing medical service.
My dad has been my mums sole carer for nearly 25 years as she is severely disabled and is super reliant on my dad for transport to and from hospital aswell as everyday tasks. Dad unfortunately 2 months ago got diagnosed with terminal lung cancer which has now spread to his throat and has stopped him being able to care for my mum. The problem we are faced with now is that they both need a full time carer which im more than happy to do however, transport to the hospital is extremely tough as my mum and dads nearest hospital is a 40 minute drive away, up until this point my dad has been driving and really is in no condition to continue doing so.
Last week my dad was taken into hospital with pneumonia and an irregular heartbeat, he has since been discharged but is barely eating or drinking and losing weight rapidly. My mums physical and mental wellbeing is also taking a battering due to having to currently care for my dad which she is in no physical state to do so. I myself live an hour and half away at the moment and i dont drive so is difficult for me to commute as and when they need assistance. They are literally living in the middle of nowhere and are extremely vunerable.
Dads treatment for the cancer has stopped at the moment too due to his pneumonia and we are in limbo as to what the doctors next move will be, obviously this is a major concern as dads health is deteriorating rapidly.
To make matters worse my parents need to be out of their home again by the 17th january as their tenancy ends on that date and with all the health issues going on, really dont know what they should do. I mentioned gofundme as maybe their is some guardian angels out there able to donate anything just to help get them to and from the hospital and any treatment my dad may need not readily available on the NHS.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated and i would just like to thank you if you have read this far and are able to aid us in some way. I really dont know what i else i can do for them.
