Help naida fight stage 3 ovarian cancer

My mom, Naida luedeke, is one of thee most caring, thoughtful person you will ever meet. She puts a lot of people before herself and even if she’s not in a good mood, she’s really good at hiding it so she can still make everyone else’s day by dancing, singing, feeding everyone, being her weird self, you name it. Unfortunate me and my mom are bother stubborn when it comes to asking for help but I’m finally learning that sometimes, you need to ask for help when in need because you can’t do everyone on your own even though you might think you can. Which is why I’m now asking you all for help.

On October 22nd, she went to the ER because she was having really bad chest pain. They sent her home and scheduled an appointment on November 16th to check to see if it was something to do with her gallbladder, which it was so they had to schedule another day to get that removed. On November 21st, she was at Maui memorial hospital to get the procedure done but as they were doing that, they noticed something else. They didn’t tell her exactly what it was yet because they wanted to run tests so on November 22nd(thanksgiving day) they told her that they think she has cervical cancer and it’s been spreading.

She does normal checkups all the time, not once have the doctors noticed any abnormality, and now, they’re telling her and my dad that it has spread. Not the best news you want to hear on thanksgiving. The strongest women i know finally broke down and it was the hardest thing to see her cry. I tried not to cry in front of her because it’s my turn to take her place and be strong, positive, and as cheerful as she is to everyone else. She doesn’t deserve that. No one does! She’s been in a lot of pain ever since the surgery & diagnosis which makes it harder for her to stand up, walk, sit, cough, breath, everything. My brother got her CBD oil to help the pain, which helped a lot, but once she told her nurse about it, she got told not to use it for now because it will interfere with the chemo process. It breaks my heart seeing my mom in pain.

Tuesday, December 11th, she had another appointment on Oahu to do more tests. That’s when they confirmed that she has stage III ovarian cancer.
Because the cancer has spread, she will start off with doing 3 cycles of chemo(9 weeks) before anything else. She starts her chemotherapy on dec 18, then they will do the surgery on Oahu, and after the surgery, continue with the chemo.

Everyone knows living in Hawaii is very expensive. She will be off of work for 6 months and my dad & their tenant will be the only source of income which still won’t be close to enough to cover everything. So i want to kindly ask if anyone would like to help out in any way possible to help them pay for their medical expenses, bills, and groceries.

Me and my brother are already trying to help out with some of the bills but we both have our own bills and mortgage to pay so it’s going to be challenging. I been trying to think of every other option to help them out but it all leads back to the only best option out there, which is starting a fundraiser. I am planning on taking time off to go back and forth from Arizona to Maui to help take care of my mom and be the support she needs during the whole process since my dad will be at work for 13+ hours everyday. I don’t want them to stress out about their bills and how they’re going to manage to keep up with all the payments, especially during a really hard time when they need to focus on her getting better and think positive. Bills should be one of the last thing on their minds. For now at least.

So again, if anyone could please help donate, share this, have any other suggestions on ways to help me help them, or at least keep my mom in your prayers, that’s all i ask for. We will fight this together. She’s a very strong women but at times like this, it gets hard for her. I need as much as people possible to remind her how strong she is.
Thank you sooo much to everyone in advance❤️
