Help My Student: Science Camp

This is one of my little friends, Kyle. Kyle is VERY smart. I mean off-the-charts smart. Anyone seen the movie "Good Will Hunting"? He reminds me of Matt Damon's character...that kind of smarts. He tells me all the time that his brain is his gift from God. ❤️
Well, I found a science summer camp that I think would be perfect for him. It takes place right here in Lowell at UMass, and it gives curious kids like my friend a chance to spread their wings and be challenged in things like robotics and computer engineering. I know he will love it. I let him use my computer sometimes to practice coding, so this is right up his alley. Yes, he's just 6, but he codes!! He also taught himself how to multiply and divide...just because "it looks really cool". Just this week, he read a 400 page book, in 4 days, and is always asking for more "big books" to read. You've gotta love (and support) a natural thirst for knowledge like that!!
Kyle is the kind of kid that will really thrive in a science camp, but he's also the kind of kid that will NEVER (and I mean NEVER) have the opportunity to attend something like this...without the kindness of strangers.
I have shared stories with many of you of the kinds of challenges my students face daily, and you often say that you wish you could help. Well, now's your chance! Every contribution will help. I believe in this little guy so much and would really, really like to see this happen for him.
