Help my sister get surgery that will save her life

My sister fell ill with multiple illnesses and due to these illnesses, her teeth have been severely damaged. The damage is so bad that multiple teeth are rotting from the inside out and are going to turn septic. Our insurance doesn't cover it and I am just a college student, so I can't help in the money department. What I can do is beg for help. 

My sister is 25 years old and a scholar, she was going to get her masters and doctorate before she became ill with a rare disease called gastroparesis, which is a complete paralyzation of her stomach. From there her health only declined, going through 16 surgeries, countless close calls, and constant debilitating pain; yet she still fights to have a future. Please help me get my sister the care that she needs, the care that will save her life.... Any and every cent counts. Thank you so much for reading.
