help my friend jennie

I need a handicapped van with a lift my right leg was taken off May 18th 2011 I have been in this wheelchair for a long time I have asked for help from everywhere I can think to ask no help they act like I don't exit I deserve a van as much as the next person  I am 67yrs old if I can get a van I can drive again if its fixed rite for a handicapped driver please I need your help                                                                                                                                                                                                                           thank you                                                                                                                                  JENNIE SULLIVAN
