Help my friend Alex through cancer

Hi there my name is Alex and I'm here trying to help a friend.. my best friend. Our friend Alex has been having these complications for a while now. At first we thought it was just something small that if he goes through some simple treatments he would get better but the same complications kept coming up. After seeing the doctor again they recommended that he should go to the ER. After going through so many tests the results came back to show that he has cancer (to respect his privacy I'd like to keep it disclosed on what specific cancer he has). It has spread into his bones, left hip, the left side of his throat, his lungs, and parts of his abdomen area. He has not been able to work for the past couple of months and with this coming up this has been one of the, if not the, roughest times he has been though. As his best friend I ask of you, just the smallest sort of donation will go towards a great cause to help my best friend back on to his feet again so he can walk normally as he could before without pain.
