Help my Diabetic brother pay expenses

My brother has had type 1 Diabetes since he was 8 years old. He is insulin reliant. Over the years he has been in and out of hospital and had some pretty major operations. He is a single dad who works hard to support his children. 
He has now been hit with another complication and is facing another amputation. This will mean he will be off work for 3-4 weeks and has no leave or sick pay owing to him. He has to pay rent and all the household bills which is a worry as he has no money coming in until he can get well enough to get back to work. If anyone can help it would be so much appreciated. It would just take the worry away knowing his financial situation is looked after while he can concentrate on getting better. 
Even if you can’t afford much every little bit helps.
