Help my daughter and I with Apt.

My daughter and I recently moved into a new apartment and the moving expenses proved to be too much for me and I am now in debt and unable to pay next months rent plus buy food for the house and pay the regular bills. This last month has really been difficult, with my transfer, and getting my daughter out of the abusive household she was living in. I am a proud person and dislike asking for help but I'm doing this so my daughter can have some stability without wondering if we will be able to keep our new apartment or be able to buy food or feeling like she has to go back to her old, toxic living situation. Any help would be appreciated.
