Help my boy AJ

My dog AJ has been diagnosed with cardiomyopathy which means his heart is swollen 3 times its normal size causing a fluid build up in his abdomen. He needs an ultrasound in both his chest cavity and abdomen to find the root of the problem and a possible cure.
