Help save my Bella Marie

I found out today that the love of my life, my Bella Marie, who has been with me since she was eight weeks old has a tumor on her liver that is starting to rupture. The rupture is causing her to have a slight bleed into her abdomen which will become life threatening. I have two choices. To end her life humanely before she begins to suffer or move forward with removing the tumor. Doctors and surgeons are optimistic that since it is hanging by only a piece of tissue that it can be removed easily and in its entirety. They believe the outlook is good despite the bleeding. I’m a veterinary nurse and my income does not support this life saving surgery and my heart is breaking. If I can get any help to help save the love of my life I would be so grateful for anything. Surgery is scheduled for this coming Thursday, the 27th.
