Help my 7 year old daughter

It took her 9 days to completly recover. Now this morning of Oct. 24th she started with it once more. Now it is the severe form of dengue fever. Were she has very high fever, vomiting, bone and joint pains. Right now its been the first 12 hours of it. The reason I need financial help is so I can get her back to the states to get her medical treatment. Right now we are Guadalajara , Jalisco , Mexico.  Here in GDL the hospitals are saturated so much of people that have severe cases with dengue. That they even have them in the hall ways getting saline and treatment. She is a US citizen and there isnt much I can do for here in Mexico. I need to get her the medical attencion right away before starts hemmoraging. Please help even if its $1 it is so much needed .
