mother shot 4 times, please help!

My niece Shawna Umphrey was shot multiple times by her neighbor on May 30th. Shawna was shot by a neighbor man who was angry about their dog defecating in his yard.  She is in ICU and has since had to undergo 2 major surgeries. Shawna has a 2 year old daughter Samantha she cares for. She has a long healing process ahead of her and a lot of therapy. She will also have a lot of emotional healing to undergo. Any one that can help would be greatly appreciated as she will be unable to work for a while.
