Help Michelle say Goodbye

Please help our dear friend Michelle say goodbye to her beloved Jeremy Moore.

Yesterday evening, January 23rd, Michelle received the devastating news that Jeremy passed away in his home. She had growing concern throughout  the day that something was wrong when she was unable to reach him. That concern caused her to contact neighbors and family to check on him.  Around 10:00 p.m. his family found him deceased  in his North Carolina home presumably  from a previously diagnosed heart condition. Jeremy was a loving father, son, brother and boyfriend.

Michelle is heart broken. Jeremy was her best friend and love. They were busy planning a future together. Michelle would often say "Jeremy is the man I've been waiting for".

Michelle is making plans to travel to North Carolina to say goodbye. Any contribution would help to alleviate some of Michelle's financial stress for this unexpected emergency. All funds will be used for her travel expenses and lost income for missed work days.
