Help Michelle kick cancers......

My name is Karen and I'm writing this on behalf of my dear friend Michelle. I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle 14 years ago at our kids local karate classes.  We were both new in town, and didn’t know anyone.  Three weeks after meeting her, as we sat watching our children at practice she shared with me that she wouldn't see me for a week or so as she was scheduled to have surgery.   She did not say for what, SO I asked and thats when she shared with me to remove Breast Cancer. She downplayed it I'm sure and said she would be okay and she'd see me before I knew it!  NO ONE likes to hear those words! She looked so young and full of life. How could this be?

 The surgery appeared to be successful.  Truth be told...It wasn’t. Flash forward to November of 2010 news again that no one ever wants to hear. I'm sorry you've got to endue this battle again.  WHAT ? AGAIN? I still remember her sharing with me that she was to go thru this again she had just lost her husband earlier that year and now it was the holiday season so we sat and talked for a few hours. Michelle decided that she did not to worry or upset everyone she just wanted to remain as happy as she could and try to get her children thru the first holiday season without their father.  I can only imagine what she was thinking.

You see I'll give you a little insight to my dear friend Michelle first of all, she is the strongest person I've ever known, She has spent her life always helping, and or caring for others in one way or another.  She has the best attitude regarding living life to the fullest, she's always smiling, remains positive no matter what life  manages to throw her way. In my opinion, This girl has endured it all countless surgeries,  chemotherapy treatments and things I'm sure she hasn't shared with me.

She continues to make a difference in the lives of others giving back to her survivor sisters via tattooing of the Areola (Breast Nipple tattooing after mastectomy surgery for those of us who are not familiar). Many times these services to cancer WARRIORS like herself are pro-bono as she says it's about making my sisters feel beautiful about themselves again, celebrating being a survivor, and thankful for still being here on this earth! This really makes my heart happy!

Michelle is truly one of the most compassionate, loving, and warm person I have ever met.
She's NOT one to ask for help, instead she's the one to help you if needed.
This time I NEED your help to help her. 

 I’ve watched her FIGHT this battle for far too long, and it's time for her to KICK CANCER OUT for good!

Michelle is a great friend, and an AMAZING Mom!  She’s has 3 kids (two that are in high school still).  Michelle and her children have endured so much as a family together.   She lost her husband, the children's father, Allen to cancer (unexpectedly) in 2010.  These kids need their Mother!  There's just no other way I'm asking for your help to rally up and give her a chance to BEAT the BEAST. Lets DO THIS!


***There is a treatment that Michelle qualifies for that has proven success with others with similar types of cancer.  This treatment is not covered by insurance. Michelle is a fighter thru and thru. She has been on this cancer rollercoaster off and on for many years.

With the help of your donation it helps me to help her get what she needs. I'm going to be very transparent the majority of the donations will be utilized for treatment and should anything extra be left I would like to use it as a buffer to keep her home running ( utilities on etc) while she is away for treatment.  I know there's no guarantee in medicine.
