Help Mellow

Mellow was injured after jumping out of a window and is in need of diagnostic testing to verify the extent of the damage. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Last night at BEVs they said it would be 1200$ To run all of the diagnostics needed. Any little bit will help. This dog is in my care through my work as an animal control officer
