Help Me Wrap Up My Transition

TL;DR: Help me pay for gender confirmation surgery.
There are a couple of things I'd really rather not do. The first is talk about my private medical information with the general public. The second is to ask for money. That said, I'm here to ask for your help letting me put an end to what has become a process spanning over a decade-and-a-half.
I am a trans woman. I began transitioning around fifteen years ago, and "officially" began living full time as a woman ten years ago. This process involved doctor's visits, blood work, court and lawyer fees for documentation updates, and invasive surgeries, all paid entirely out-of-pocket. I worked multiple jobs and lived a spartan lifestyle for years to finance this, and I regret none of it.
However, I was never able to afford what is known as Gender Confirmation Surgery, sometimes referred to as Sex Reassignment Surgery, and called "sex change operation" by people who post on Yahoo news stories.
I intended to do this a while ago, but massive debt, employment struggles, and a surprise visit from the Cancer Fairy made following through impossible for several years. Those years have become a full decade now, and over the years I somehow managed to convinced myself that I didn't need this.
I was wrong.
I'd like to get this over with so that I can move on with my life. I've been in a depression rut for several years, and only recently realized that this is something I still want. At my current pace, it will be years more before I save up enough to fill whatever gap a personal loan would cover.
This is an expensive procedure, and total costs are almost certain to run in the $25,000 range. With your help, I'll be able to schedule something for early or mid 2019. And so I turn to friends and strangers. All help, by donation or by share, is greatly appreciated.
