Help me visit my mom in England

Without going into too much detail: my mum has been sick for a long time. At first, she was living in America where she received surgeries/treatments to help her cancer. It's been persistent, and isn't a cancer that's widely known about in the states. My mum moved back to England to receive treatment because nothing was working well enough here. It turns out that the same is happening to her there. Her condition is worsening, and I'm in too tight of a spot financially to be able to afford a plane ticket/passport update to go see her. I know this is a lot to ask, but if anyone can help me in any way, I would be so grateful. I don't know how much longer I have, or she has. It's been a while since I've seen her, and I would never be able to forgive myself if I never saw her again. Thanks guys.
