Help me visit my family in America

It has been about 4 years since I visited my wife's family in the USA. They are amazing, welcoming, and warm people. About a month ago I made way to visit them, and was denied at the border. The reason I was denied was purely discriminatory. I was cross examined through several interviews in which they violated my privacy both physically and mentally (body searches for no reason?), and discovered that I had decided to leave my previous job due to mental illness.
Because they uncovered that I had a mental illness, I was deemed potentially dangerous, and unallowed to ever enter the USA again until I have medical clearance from a "Visa Doctor"-- regardless of the fact that this issue was under good control with medication, and I was regularly checking up with a physician. These doctors are a scam, giving you a regular physical checkup and a short interview, and charging anywhere from $300-$500. If I don't go for this checkup, I will never be able to visit my family in the USA again.
I'm asking for help, because raising money for this absurd cause is difficult. It is extremely unfair that this can happen to anyone, regardless of if they've ever done wrong. There is something seriously wrong with America if they won't accept a good-doing fellow Canadian in to see his family.
The $450 I am asking for is to cover the doctor's fee, and gas money. I have to travel 2 hours away to Toronto to get to this appointment, and potentially a visit to Montreal if there are any issues. Some provinces do not even have a doctor of this kind that can legally grant you a right to leave the country.
