Help me Trademark my Car!

I've recently come under heat from a 'Car Manufacturer' for the nickname of my car. As it turns out, their application to trademark the vehicle name was abandoned as they never completed the process.

So now I want to get the nickname of the vehicle and its associated YouTube channel trademarked in an effort to protect the work that has been done so far.
