Help me to afford food and medical costs

After coming out as a trans woman  I have lost all support from my family and my house, and my old friends. Since then I have been trying hard to survive. I can't afford transition costs, but more than that I will soon not have money for food and I am homeless. Luckily enough I could always find a couch until now but I always fear I will have to hit the road and lose my current job. I am trying to survive until I get my first paycheck at my new job in April. And even then it's going to be hard. I cannot get a loan and already have debts. Please help me go on!!
