Pls Help Khari

Please help me save my heart. Oct 13 my sweet, loving toy poodle , Khari was viciously attacked in my front yard by my neighbors German shepherds. Khari  weighs 4 pounds. I took him to a 24 hour vet who says he needs a neurosurgeon to repair sublaxtion & his deep puncture wounds. I transported him to the hospital. He needs surgery. I must pay 75% of his hospital bill in order for the neurosurgeon to begin even treating him. Please, please help. Anything will do. I have already depleted all the funds I had.
