Help Mary Jane recover from Heartworm Disease

Mary Jane was surrendered by her previous owners who did not want to treat her for her advanced heartworm disease. I am raising money for her veterinary bills to cover the cost. I am also looking for a kind foster who has a mellow home with not a whole lot of activity going on where she can recuperate until shes adopted
