Help Martin get his mobility back

Martin is 30 years old and has a rare chromosome disorder called angelmans syndrome. Martin also has epilepsy.
In July 2018 Martin started suffer with frequent seizure activity after being under control for over 15 years! Martin is wheelchair bound, how ever Martin has become extremely poorly over the last 6 months, which we believe his seizures are causing the medical problems he has dealt with and are currently dealing with.
Martin has been in and our of hospital for almost a year now, however in April 2019 Martin became seriously unwell, he was admitted into hospital which we found out he was bleeding internally, Martin required 2 units of blood via transfusion, we believe the internal bleed was caused by a stomach ulcer, which we have recently found out he had a ruptured hernia, Martin is still recovering now, and may not regain his full mobility to what he had before. Due to the blood transfusion, Martin is still very anaemic and lethargic. Martin has also suffered with pneumonia twice since the blood transfusions.
Martin's wheelchair no longer provides the posture support and his chest harness now chokes him which causes distress which we believe leads to more seizures. Martin now requires a tilt in space wheelchair with more posture support.
We have been in contact with the wheelchair services and their waiting list just for an appointment is way to long for Martin to wait to gain his mobility back and be able to go outside again. Without a wheelchair Martin is confined to his bed, and for a few hours a day he can go into his comfy chair, this means if we wait for the NHS to provide a suitable wheelchair for Martin he will have been bed bound for almost a year.
