Help Mari pay her medical bills!

The husband of a friend of Assembly Mennonite Church was involved in a fairly serious burn while helping clean out a storage unit of a friend.  He (name held for his security) is the main bread winner for his family which includes his wife and two daughters. His immigration status makes all traditional forms of government and insurance safety nets impossible. The entire family lives with him here in Goshen, IN.  

The burn ended up taking him to 3 different hospitals.  In addition to not being able to work while he heals, the bills keep rolling in - currently surpassing $52,000.  The family is working hard, with the help of Maple City Health staff and friends, to have hospitals reduce bills and make doable payment plans.

We also hope to help raise what we can to lessen the financial burden, and support the family while their husband/father cannot work.
