Help Margie kick cancers butt

On December 23rd Margie was diagnosed with melanoma after having a skin biopsy of a large mole she was concerned about. Melanoma is the worst type of skin cancer you can have, and requires fast action to prevent spreading. Margie lost her grandfather to melanoma in 2003, so as I'm sure you can imagine, this is a very scary diagnosis for her. It is unsure yet if Margie's cancer has spread beyond the layers of the skin and into her internal organs. The only way to find out if this has happened is for Margie to undergo a series of tests that specialize in detecting the metastasis (spread) of the melanoma. Unfortunately, the hospital requires money up front before the procedure can be performed. The upfront cost is $500 for the procedure, but it is unknown yet on how much financial aid Margie and her family will need in the long run. For now, I am trying to help her raise the $500. Margie is a wonderful friend who has always put her family and friends first, but now she needs our help. Please consider donating even just a dollar to help her out.
