Help Lucky the dog pay his vet bills

We had a heartfelt plea for help from a local elderly lady, to help her cover her beloved dog's vet bill. His name is Lucky but right now he is not living up to his name...! He's needed 2 lots of surgery, which including meds & analysis totals just under $1500  :'( The lady herself has huge personal medical costs of around $600 a month - so you can see why she is struggling. Can we all pull together to help?
