Help Lori Fight Strong against Breast Cancer

Why are we setting up a campaign?
In October of 2018 Lori located several lumps her breast; a follow up appointment with doctors' led to the discovery of more lumps in her lymph nodes ... The diagnosis was Stage 2B, Class 3 Triple Negative breast Cancer....and now she is fighting for her life. All of this came AFTER a completely clear mammogram in July of 2018. Please help support her in this battle for her health and her life.
Who is she personally?
Lori has raised two children (Andrew & Aneava) that love her deeply and want nothing more than to see their Mom kick Cancer. She is the eldest of three siblings, her two sisters (Kim, a 10 yr+ survivor of this same type of cancer) & (Carrie); her loving mother (Judy) ; extended family (like Emilia, her two yr old grand-niece that loves nothing more than to play with Aunty Lori, bake sugar cookies or make mud-pies); friends and co-workers that are really extended family (Burt, Trudy, Jeremy, Darcy, Carrie, Kevin, Mike, Susy, Irene, Marty, Chuck & Andrea to name just a few), and of course, Chowder, her dog. They all love her and support her in her fight against Breast Cancer and do what they can to keep her laughing through the tears. And me? I'm Brandy; privileged to be the daughter-in-law of this wonderful woman. Lori is one of my closest friends, she is always game to have a look at the latest Pioneer woman gear and cookbooks, we cook together, and in the summer months our time together involves weeding flower beds and sharing fresh veggies and fruits from local gardens and farmers markets. She's also kind enough to share secret family recipes with me that win my husband's heart over and over again. Best Mother-in-law and friend anyone could ever hope to have in this crazy life .
Do You know her?
If you've eaten a Spike's burger or enjoyed a bowl of chili at Spike's Keg O'Nails anytime in the past 23+ yrs, you know her cooking! You may have even have seen her smile or heard her laughter from the kitchen.... and it's easy to feel the love and pride she takes in feeding Grayling MI residents and visitors.
How's the money going to help?
She cannot work at this time (but as soon as this Cancer is beaten, she's headed right back to Spike's ). Unfortunately, lack of steady income has left financial gaps that she could really use YOUR HELP with covering, such as:
Rent/Utilities
Groceries
Taxables/toiletries
Rides to chemo, radiation and doctor's visits
Upcoming surgery expenses
