Help Little Tank the Dog

You may or may not know that we recently took in a very loving dog, Tank, rescued by a girl named Melissa asking for someone to give him a loving home and family since he was found wondering in the streets. It definitely seems like he's been out for months since we were told that he was covered with fleas all over him and crucially malnourished needing major attention. After the day we took him in, the vet said  along with his malnourished body, he has a skin condition from the fleas that will take years to treat with several medications.He was highly recommended to getting him fixed/neutered to decrease his risk of forming a mammary gland cancer along with his shots and vaccinations. Recently when we were walking him in the park, we just found out that he has worms from his feces which may be the reason he might not getting all his nutrients. Bad news after the other, we were also told that he has a heart murmur of grade 3 out of 6, which the common murmur for other dogs is only at stage 1.That broke our hearts. After all this information was brought to our attention, it only gave us more motivation and dedication to keep him in good health and give him proper care and love.
He's a very sweet and energetic dog who loves people, loves to play, and in need of help. It’s only been 3 days (October 18) since he was found. We are very happy to keep him and hope to give him a long life!

Although we already knew all the responsibility on the day we took him, any amount of help is welcomed in making this adorable little 1-2 years old boy in great shape and healthy again!
