Please help little poodle

This is Emmie .She is a miniature poodle  she is a special girl who gives so much love and support to her human . Emmies human is on disability for rheumatoid arthritis.  .she is a ray of sunshine every day .Emmie was diagnosed with diabetes and her veterinarian bills are more than her human can manage on a disability pension.  She requires many tests to stabilize her condition .Emmie and her human appreciate any help and prayers provided no matter how small  God bless
