Help Lisa get in her home

After a brutal divorce in 2018, Lisa has worked tirelessly to make a new life for herself. Part of that was achieving her dream of building a home. The mortgage and building plans were approved in the fall of 2018, with construction completed on 3/28/19. The mortgage company had the home appraised for a 2nd time, and it came in $9000 less than the 1st time. Since the house is already built, there is no way to remove items to lower the cost and the lender will not let you borrow more than it appraised for. Every resource including 401k, savings, selling furniture, returning pop cans, and much more has been tapped to help close this financial gap. $2500 is what is remaining. 

Since Lisa is a photographer, this is what you get it you’d be so kind to contribute! 

$25- 1 photo session in 2019
$50- 2 photo sessions in 2019
$100- 3 photo sessions in 2019 or 2020

Lisa’s lease expires on 4/18/19 @5pm so there is an urgency to fund the gap and close on the mortgage before then.
