Help leland be heard in court!

THIS HAS TURNED INTO AN EMERGENCY SITUATION! THIS IS KRYSTAS MOTHER. MY DAUGHTER IS SITTING IN WAYNE COUNTY JAIL,  SINCE LAST FRIDAY.  THE JUDGE THREW HER IN JAIL FOR"GOING AGAINST A COURT ORDER" TO DROP HER SON OFF AT A KNOWN  DRUG HOUSE WITH 2 "CHAMPION FIGHTING PITBULLS " AT THAT HOUSE ALONG WITH AN OPEN CASE OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. MY DAUGHTER OFFERED MAKEUP PARENTING TIME 19 TIMES IN 8 WEEKS!! WHICH HIS FATHER REFUSED TO DO BECAUSE HE KNEW SHE WOULD GO TO JAIL FOR VIOLATING THE COURT ORDER. THIS IS NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR ANY CHILD LET ALONE A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD  WITH A BRAiN INJURED FATHER AND HIS AUNT...A FRAIL 70LB, 64 YR OLD "SUPERVISER".... we have made so much progress with my grandson and I'm watching it all slip away as he has gone from one night terror a week to at least 2 every night since Friday. My grandson has never been away from his mother one day in his life he now cries over everything.. he's overly emotional and asks where mama is. My daughter has been served a great Injustice by this court. Leland needs his mom home not sitting in a jail cell being subjected to the unimaginable for trying to keep him safe and alive! SHE HAS THE HIGHEST BOND ON EARTH...HER SON IS HER BOND!!!! "HAND HIM OVER TO HIS FATHER AND YOU CAN GET OUT OF YOUR HELL!!! " SHE...WE.... ARE NOT WILLING TO TRADE HIS LIFE FOR HER FREEDOM....I WILL HONOR HER WISHES TO KEEP LELAND SAFE! NOBODY KNOWS THIS HELL CHOOSING BETWEEN YOUR CHILD AND YOUR GRANDCHILD!!! THE CONDITIONS SHE IS IN ARE NOT GOOD!!! TWO 4 Oz JUICES A DAY...NO DRINKING WATER SHE IS SO DEHYDRATED IT'S HARD FOR HER TO TALK TO ME ON THE PHONE..THE TWO BITES OF SALAD OR THE BEANS IMPOSSIBLE TO EAT DUE TO BEING NAUSEOUS OVER THE SITUATION. 
THIS BEING OUR 3RD ATTORNEY THIS HAS AND CONTINUES TO BE QUITE COSTLY AND WE STILL HAVE A BIT OF A ROAD AHEAD OF US. LELAND NEEDS HIS MOTHER HOME!!!! I'M TRYING MY BEST TO DO THAT BUT I'M GOING TO NEED SOME HELP.

Krysta is a wonderful loving human being that is sacrificing her own freedom for her son's safety we miss her so much!!! We are devastated at what she is going through in that jail. I'm trying to raise money to help retain a an attorney. My son's story has still gone unheard! I've already spent a day in jail for trying to protect my son. Leland is 3 and autistic with several other disorders.   He's  a very difficult child to handle. His father can not properly care for him due to a traumatic brain injury he suffered in a motorcycle accident  when I was 7 months pregnant...the court is not taking into consideration be cause his attorney says  he is 100% healed ..he has to have supervised visits....he will never be 100% healed...  Neither of my previous attorneys nor I have been allowed to talk and explain what's going on in court against his CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY that's shifting to family law!!!! Even with HIS family jumping through hoops trying to get me heard in fear something might happen to my son in his fathers care.  My son has been hurt in his care even while super vised we all just want this to be done in a professional facility due to his horrible anger nobody in his family agrees to do the visitations for him.  I've never kept his father from seeing him and have bent over backwards for him to be in his son's life. Every single court date he says he never sees his son and the judge believes everything him and his attorney say but won't listen to me or look Any of my evidence including letters from his own family members. This judge threatens to give him custody and put me in jail because of his lies. She does Not know his father drinks heavily every day and has a very BAD temper...he even threatened to punch his son in the mouth for crying at a family gathering AND ADMITTED THAT TO THE JUDGE!! I currently have no income (my son needs 24/7 care and I do not trust him in a daycare setting)  nor do I receive any child support even though his father is working and ordered to pay $11 a week! Yes $11!  I am not able to come up with the money for a new attorney. This judge is giving him custody and I will be going to jail for 45 days at my next court hearing if I don't have a GOOD, COMPETENT Attorney that is not afraid to speak up for my son. I'm FIGHTING to keep my son safe and praying he does not become another statistic!!! Please help me be Lelands voice in court!!!!
