Help Lana After the Camp Fire

My Mother, Lana Goodwin, lived in Paradise, CA, where she rented with a long-time friend. Her friend, Anne, tragically lost her home where they lived in the Paradise, CA.  They won't be able to return as the entire town is completely burned to the ground.  They were fortunate to get our with their lives and dear pets, although not much else.  Mom has her dog- Colbert, her car, a small suitcase of clothes, a few vital documents, a jacket, and an afghan she crocheted. They had only 20 minutes to evacuate and lost power during that short time.

In the panic of evacuating traffic, Mom was rear-ended and now her trunk won't close. Her deductible to repair it is $1000.  She needs some clothes and a second pair of shoes.  She needs food for her and Colbert. She's staying with a friend of her friend in Willows, CA, but will need to relocate within the near future. As a renter, she won't be getting insurance to cover the costs of finding a new place to live in a different area.  And she has very limited other means.

If you can help, she could sure use it!

Any holiday or other mail communication for her can be forwarded to us in the meantime and we'll see she gets it.  PM me for my address in Colorado.
